Google India / Tez — not responding as they described. | |||
On february 1st i made a transaction of rs. 592 for booking a ticket in just tickets but unfortunately it got failed and my money got debited. So i made a complaint on the same and i was told that i will get my money back in 3 working days. I called again on feb 4th and same reply was given to me and asked me to wait till 12am. Nothing happened as usual, i reverted back on feb 5th, the agents were so lethargic in answering and i was not treated as valued customer. Each and every time i called them they would come up with a different solution asking me to wait for another 3days. Till now the money wasn't credit and the agent (Mubeena) whom i spoke with lastly gave me a reply as "if your money wasn't credited yet then you will have to wait another 7 working days according to rbi rule". I am pretty sure that nothing is mentioned in google pay more than 3 days and i don't know how rbi comes to play in this role. Even i am a customer service executive, i never treated my customers in the way i was treated. Moreover i spoke with floor manager also after waiting for an hour and floor manager disconnected the call while speaking. We are know that the google is in the top of the world but the customer support i got from your end is like suffocating under the water. Really shame that i got to do a transaction with the people who doesn't know how to speak with fellow people. Google pay was my payment platform so the responsibility is yours. There is no point in asking the merchant, since you people confirmed the cancellation form your end and the mistake was yours. Paytm doesn't even have customer support team through call but still they maintain a standard in their commitment. Many of my transactions got cancelled but still i get the money on time without interacting or biting them on regular calls. Learn how to do business from them. Don't hire the people who don't know what is customer support. These people come here to pass the time and giving lethargic answers to the customers who are in agitated state. Try to treat a customer in the way you want to be treated. To all the fellow people who is doing a transaction through google pay please note that if your transaction got failed then wait for the blue moon to come up. Was this information helpful? | |||

My friend sent 6000/- in google pay its showing received but in my account amt is not deposited and transaction id is[protected]
