Google India / Tez — payment not credited in beneficiary account. | |
I had made a payment of rs. 10000 from my sbi bank account to a federal bank account threw google pay. Thats of transaction is paid but the money is not yet credited in benficiary's account. It has been three weeks. I raised a dispute in the app right after three days but its still pending. The details are attached below. Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

Payment failed but the sender account money gets debited. It hasn't reach my account, I am the receiver. The sender doesn't want to take any steps and I am stumbling. Kindly help
Amount debited and transaction (june 15th) is in still process from 20days..contacted gooplepay customer support, raised a dispute..still issue not resolved.
