Google India / Tez — transaction failed and amount not refunded | |
I recharged to my fathers mobile number and the amount was debited from my account but the recharge failed. And i closed my account in google pay and restored my account but the amount was not credited to my bank account. Always the money is debited and not refunding. I need my money back or else im gonna file a suit in court. It often happens to me. Worst ever experience from google pay always and completely bad service. I recharged 169 Airtel. did not recharge but money has been deducted from the bank. On the 20th I had recharged the money in my account yet.[protected]

Just hours ago, I placed an order, the money has been deducted from the account by online payment Google pay but the order has not been made.

We send money through google pay on 07/09/2019 and the amount is Rs30000.Till now that customer not credited that amount but debited in my account.Till now also not refund to my account. My home branch bank name is Indian bank. So please kindly find and refund my money
