Google India / Tez — transaction of 1000 rs made to merchant, money deducted but never received by merchant | |
Issue - amount deducted from bank on 28th august, and the merchant confirmed they never received it. Reference: rs. 1000.97 to reliance fresh, transaction id[protected] I would have had a conversation with gpay customer care for more than 7 times now. You guys have been no way helpful and providing various excuses. I need my money back. I emailed and visited my bank - citibank and they confirmed the amount was deducted and released and isn't anywhere with them. Even the merchant shared details of transactions getting declined and no receipt of money. I am really frustrated seeing not even a single communication from you guys. I am going to bring this up on your social platforms, consumer court, twit this with all the proofs and even chase your top bosses unless i get a resolution. This kind of pathetic service isn't expected from a giant like google. Was this information helpful? | |
