Google Pixel — Pixel 7 (2022 model)

My Pixel 7 got shutdown while using and Google service center is saying that motherboard is dead. There was no physical damage to the device as I was using it and suddenly it got shutdown. To repair the phone, google is asking me to pay INR 40, 000 while the phone current price is 32, 000 only. There are so many users who are facing this issue so I believe this is a manufacturing defect in Google pixel 7 phones and as compensation they should replace the phone or should repair it for free as it's been only 1.5 years since i am using this device. Please take proper action against google for the same as it is a emerging issue from google manufacturing end. What if they are causing this issue from backend. How do we know. Hence I am reaching out to help. Please do let me know if any more details are required.
