Google*kay Richey — Im complaning about a transaction that was not authorized by me I want my money put back on my card or im taking legal action

I checked my bank Tate ends and I haven't been on my Google account because I've deleted my account and my Visa card which this person Google Kay Richie took $89.00 out off my account last night for something I didn't authorize nor purchased I want my money back twice this is happened and my bank carnt stop it why is this person or how is he or she getting away with this which I'm going to report this unknown alien so the police can put this demon in jail
