Goomo — refund not credited, customer care not responding

I booked rail ticket, they deducted the money however ticket was not booked. It's been more than a week now and no one is responding on the contact number given.

Is this the way companies like goomo make profit by exploiting customers. You guys promote by giving discounts and then when we book tickets you deduct the money and tickets don't get book and then you guys don't respond. Kindly stop this exploitation and refund the amount ASAP.
