Goomo — website booked tickets with incorrect passenger name

My name is Rakhi Mitra. Its my first purchase on Goomo. I signed up today on Goomo for booking my brother's multicity flight booking.

I booked a multicity trip (3 tickets) for only one passenger, i.e., my brother Mr Shubhankar Mitra.

I had a very bad experience with Goomo Trip ID F-NRAX5H706 in terms of multiple points:
1. I entered my brother's name in passenger name & the tickets were booked in two different names.
2. Out of three tickets, 2 were confirmed ( Indigo & Vistara) & 1 is pending ( Air Asia).
3. For 1 Goomo Trip ID F-NRAX5H706, Indigo & Vistara contains Mr. Rakhi Mitra, Airasia contains Mr. Shubhankar Mitra

This is a HUGE technical error in Goomo website where 1 multicity booking for 1 passenger contains two different passenger names.

Now the two confirmed tickets are of no use to me because they carry incorrect name.

For the pending Air Asia ticket, Goomo is neither refunding money nor it is confirming the booking.

I have registered my complaint with Goomo customer service and the complaint ID is F-NRAX5H706 to refund the amount I spent on Goomo website booking, i.e., ₹ 13, 169
