Goomo — total disaster, amount debited, they received and then they denied

I booked a flight for delhi - goa After sometime the page said that the amount has been received but the booking failed, and to call the customer care. Hence i called the customer care. They said don;t said boooking has been cancel they only said that within 30 min you get pnr number.

I followed up after days. Surprise,

fake company so kindly don't go into thiswebsite just trapping people that they have lowest fare but truly they don't have just showing lowest fare but you booked keep your money and recomment to go for the higher fare and i[censored] go for refund your money stuck into them refund after 30 days as per there policy. people plz check don't go.

Fraud company you are true excatly the same things happen with us. while booking showing lowest fare and after that amount credit from my account and still no responce from the side goomo.com is a fraud website thre owner varun gupta, vijay keshan they now everything but just not give people refund
