Dear Sir/ Madam I have booked one parcel in the Indian Speed Post On 04.12.2012 Vide CN No- ES[protected]IN at Mariani - 785634( Assam) to Khar - 400052(Mumbai) , but still i have not received the parcel , and inform you that the postal dept had agreed that they have lost the consignment and you can claim and i have claim also but still not received any compensation. Indian Postal Services — Lost consignment

I Bought some items from US online for Rs 9300. They shipped it through USPS and it reached cochin on 19.12.11. I was informed on 03.01.12 that the box had reached my postoffice empty. They just informed that they dont even have any paperwork to give me and there is nothing they can do.
