Gowebbaby IT solutions :
1) They suck employee blood.
2) Manoj Dhanotiya (CEO) says all employee are donkeys and they do not know how to code, bastard SALA.
3) (THE PIG)Saurabh chajjed (Manoj ka paltu kutta) the worst Project manager i have ever seen, no values and respect for others he dont have any knowledge of software development and says "Ye esa karo and wesa karo..." iski wjah se chodi hai aadhe logo ne Gowebbaby.
3) Suwar ka pilla Sachin Dhanoitya jise thik se bolna bhi nahi aata wo bhi PM bna betha suwar saala.
4) Rudra jisko Naukri.com ne bhgya tha usse bhi kuch nahi aata.

Sale sare bolte hai.. in logo se kese kaam karwana hai hame pta hai.. ye log majdoor hai.. donkey hai ... jaanwer hai.

Sale freshers ko hire karte hain 10, 000 lekar, kahte hain 3 mahine naukari pakki, fir 3 months bad, no comments, kahte hain you are not upto our expectation level, salo tumko pahle samaj nai aata ki woi banda, tuamare expectation level ka nahi hai ... sale 3 mahine training k name me, apna kam karate hain ...

For all other Experienced person, Please don't join this company even in worst case, they have fired many of Experienced employees, without any prior intimations !

1) Why do you pay your employee at 15th of each month? When by the law the salary must be provided at 5th or 7th of month.
2) Why do you ask for 2 months notice period ? When you fired someone you don't even give them a single day to survive.
3) And you took a hold of their salary for next 1 and half month when it is said by law that remaining salary and documents must be given to employee at the end of their last working day?
4) You ask for singing a BOND for 2 years and after singing the BOND you impose any Company & Employee Policy at any time "You are a & a tyrant ".

Don't ruin your career by going to this company. Absolutely unprofessional environment. Go in there if this is the last company in indore.

I would like to introduce Sachin Dhanotiya most foolish person of Gowebbaby, Indore. If he goes in some other company for job he will not get even 5, 000 per month job. Next comes Saurabh Chajjed what to say abour him, sare kaam usko 7 p.m. pe hi yaad ate hai isko ruk k kam karvo usko ruk k kam karvao he is most person. other is Rudra Pratap he is just Puppet of Manoj Dhanotiya. They people do not built career infact they ruin career of experienced and freshers and Last but not the least Manoj Dhanotiya he does not know what is going in his mind. some times saying one thing and other time refuse. Fraudest person in the whole world.

Is se accha to daily wages pe hire kia kar madar chod
accha office lene se kuch nahi hota, employes ko bevakuf banana band kar gandu.

You all should not be abusing your past employers. However I would like to alert those who are reading this and planning to Join Gowebbaby.
This is place is simply . pathetic and unprofessional. There is a provision of Notice for the Employee - 60 days.
There is no provision of Notice for the Employer - 60 Seconds. So, be happy and join at your own risk.

Very Good company. Work culture is very nice and good place to learn new technology.
It seems like above complaints are fake.
