My order No - GRB110411 Ordered Date[protected] I have Ordered for a gas lighter & knife in GRABASAP.Com but still not received my product. I paid the money thru online. I have contacted the customer care through emails, they were just responding but not even take a single step to deliver my product. They are cheaters. Now their site is blocked. How can i get my refund back. Pls take any action on this issue.

delivering the wrong size of a product

SIR, On 10/01/2014 i have ordered flipflops of size 9 on Grabasap.com but when i received the courier the size of the flip flops was no.10. so kindly requesting you to exchange the product. you may contact me on [protected]

I PURCHASED BY ORDER NO. GRB97960 on 2nd March since than I have sent numerous mails the reply is that we will dispatch in few days. The phone is never picked. The payment gateway that is citrus should also look into the matter as the will be a party in litigations.I have no option left except to file crimnal complaint.

Dear Concerned

I have placed 2 orders from GRABASAP.com with order no - GRB94293 and GRB94288 on[protected] and made the payment through credit card. Still they have not dispatched the order. No various communication with them they always provide a recorded lines only that they will dispatch the items in 48 hours but in vain. I have also requested to cancel the order and refund the amount for which they are not reverting anything.

Would appreciate if you could help me. Otherwise I have no other option but to file a criminal case in the Economic Wings and a Consumer Case.

I have purchased a zuska deodorant from Grabasap.com. They had sent a deodorant whose Mfg Date is 02/2012 and Exp. Date is 01/2014 in the month of 12/2013. Who will use such a deodorant which is going to expire in 1 month. Packing is not good. So many dents for the can. No invoice at all. I had sent so many mails to them including the images. Not responding to the mails and not picking the calls. Bloody and worst site. Don't buy anything from this site. Bloody cheaters.
