Had ordered Samsung Buds Pro(unboxed), I received them yesterday and they are used, shabby and dirty to say the least. There is ear wax on the buds. I have been trying to reach them since the last 12 hours and they are not responding to any of my messages. I tried calling them, requested a callback, but to no avail.
