I live in sector 50. E block property of grabhouse
It's been more than 2 weeks since our ac stopped working. Before that also it was getting broken every week. The product is clearly defective as last summers also it was giving the same problem. The grabhouse people are asking for 50% of the total repair costs. Why should we pay when the product is defective.
The absence of ac in this scorching heat has also started to affect our health. They are pressurizing us to pay for the repair cost of the product.
This no way to treat a tenant.
