I was living in a rented house in bengaluru addressed G-64, Tower H, Sonestaa I woods, Bellandur, Bengaluru-560066, which I left on 18th of May 2018. I haven't received the money deposited at the time of moving in that amounts to be Rs. 16000. I have been doing multiple follow-ups on the email id provided by grab house, but I am getting no response regarding the refund being initiated or not.
