I am residing in one of the properties of grabhouse in noida, sector-71 (B block, 178, 1st floor). Since very first day, we have been facing lot of service or maintenance related issues. For last 2 months, my ac is not working. I have complained by mails or calls so many times but they are totally ignorant of all the issues. Either they don't pick my call or decline very rudely. One guy threatens us of his power. We are facing problem regarding electricity bill too. Their guy comes with random figures and forces us to pay the bill.
