It’s really frustrating experience with grabhouse team and i would ensure that none of my friends : relatives : colleagues rent an apartment through your team.
I had vacated my apartment (House no 7412, gurgaon, dlf phase 4, room no b1) on 30th september and it’s going to be a month and my security is not yet refunded.
And on top of it i am getting messages, calls, e-mails from your team to pay october month rent when i am no longer staying in pg. All this while i have been patient but now it’s going out of control. Team focals promised refund in 8 days, rakesh from their team was following up when i had to pay september month rent and now his phone is either switch off or not reachable or he will not answer the call.
And this is the reason which has forced me to file a complaint against this team in this forum because it’s really frustrating and annoying that these guys don’t value customer.
Secondly i should get 9500-/ as refund since my month started from 4th till 4th and this was very well communicated to rakesh of their team from my earlier pg.
My account details are already communicated, i don’t know what else are you guys looking for! Strict actions should be taken against such forums as when they have to take money they are behind you and when they have to refund it they just forget their terms and conditions.
I have the screen shots of chat with rakesh and multiple emails i am getting to pay october month rent when i am longer staying in pg, and you will see rakesh was replying to me when he had to take rent and after that my messages are read but no respouse and calls are not being answered.
