My brother ordered a watch from grablin.com on 24th december 2016 and paid 2499 . The product was suppose to be delivered between 28 decem 2016- 2 january 2017. It hasnt been delivered till yet. The ordered product tracker writes the status as expired. I mailed them about the same .. nobody replies the mail .. nobody picks up the customer care either which i have tried calling 10 times per day since 5th january..I read the forum later that many ppl have similar complains. I think the best solution is to take this matter into the eyes of public so that they may refrain themselves for buying products from this website .. lets make it big .. take this issue to twitter, facebook .. wherever possible .. share more complains as much as we can.

I have ordered a product from Grablon (order ID: #14376) on 15th of this month. During order it was promised, the product will deliver by 4/5 days. Today is the 25th day passing. While I am trying to track my order it's showing pending, though I got a SMS that product is packed. I have tried so many times in your customer care number, it was not getting connected. I wrote so many mails also but no response. I have paid the amount through net banking. I am not sure what to do. Seeking assistance...

But I not got any tracking details of my order watch fashion edific . Nobody pic call only waiting or disconnected call everytime.nobody revert of mail. Or back my money.

Hello, This is Amarjeet Kolay I was ordered (JBL SYNCHROS S300I) on 30-Nov-2016 and after I was fully paid money from online banking I got message that it will delivered within 5 working days, but till now my order item was not delivered. I havent got my order yet its almost 6 days now but no update i had already paid for the order online and now still i havent got any updates . whenever i am trying to track the order its not showing anything i am trying to track the order but its not letting me to its showing error. There is nobody in Customer Care Dept. to resolve the issue & no reply to e-mails.

Order No. #8396 not yet delivered as i booked on[protected] and payment made online at same time.

Their helpline no. is on auto attend mode and is never answered by anyone as we made a lot of calls in last 2 months. Calls get matured by their welcome message and ended by "Thank you" .

One of my friend also ordered some items on this website on[protected] and he is also waiting for their response.

10 days before ordered CASIO EDIFICE EF550D MENS WATCH, and i payed through credit card, Till date no update, waiting for Shipping and delivery .. I was checking feedback about this website .. I think they are cheating customer, majority people complaining about website, even no one response from CC no and mail id, any how i will wait one more wk later i follow legal way.

The no. updated on site never gets picked. the mails are never replied back.
on the site it says 7 days return allowed. but wen u really try to return, u r unable to do bcoj of some idiot courier company which even after 7 days of delivery shows the status as shipped instead of delivered.
The product u get after spending ur hard earned money is a waste, a real disaster and a used one on the prices of the new.

Hi This is Swapnil from Mumbai.

This was my first purchase from Grablon and probably the last one as well.

They are simply not responding.

Call getting transferred to an automatic machine.

They only provide you with Fedex shipment number and upon checking with Fedex they say that Shipper has not shipped the products.

Now after making payment of Rs 448/- I can understand that online shopping too can be so threatening that I will make sure that I would prefer buying products from a retail shop rather than buying it online.

Grablon means grabbing money from customers.
