Tried calling grablon customer care multiple times it says all our customer cares are busy try calling after sometime.

I received the product and the same day i tested it within 1 hour of delivery and found that to be broken. It cannot even accept the phone in the vr box. That scratched and broke my phone's silicon cover and scratched screen gaurd.

I had orderd for a watch for Rs.7666 on Grablon.com, paid via netbanking. It has been 43days since order, neither have they delivered the product nor do they respond to emails. I have even tried calling their given number repeatedly, but no one responds. THEIR NUMBER IS AS FOLLOWS : [protected]@grablon.com +[protected].
I believe that this website is a scam. They attract customer with heavy discounts and take full payments but not deliver...

This website is totally fraud. they didn't deliver the product & if they deliver then they deliver defective product. they didn't even response on mail, phones calls etc. they didn't provide any invoice for the product ... i order a Philips ear phone from their website.they delivered a defective product. when i try to contact them through call & mail they didn't respond......

I have ordered for skullcandy earphones from grablon on 26th oct 2016 with order id 10921. I have paid the amount also.
Till now the product is not delivered and also there is no status on the order, even i tried contacting customer care but it not at all connects to them, even i mailed to them but no reply from them.

They are doing online scam by cheating people like this.
