We had rented out washing machine with product id : GRH99844520
Since the company was closing down the segment we refunded the machine on 20th August. Till now we have not received our refund. We received an email stating -
" We would like to inform you that that the security deposit of Rs. 1300/- has been adjusted with the current outstanding payment. We thank you for renting with us and request you to kindly revert us to the same if any concerns arise so that we can look into it. "
All our payments had been made in past and all dues are cleared.
We just want to squeeze money from their customers
