My furniture was picked up on 10 August 2020 and as per company policy advertised on their website the deposit would be returned in 5-7 days. Now its been 14 days and despite repeated calls and emails there is no response from them. Standard reply is that please wait for 48 hours, which is repeated whenever i call them.

Please refrain from dealing with this company...

Got air-cooled on purchase from grabonrent.
The price was lower than brand new, so i thought to give a try.

They dropped air cooler without any inspection sheet or user manual.

I have returned the product and purchased the new one. These asked me to pay new deposit and old one will be refunded to me. Multiple follow ups one and mails sent but not reply.

They are just fooling and saying amount will be refunded in 2-3 days.
Very irritating. For Rs.60/- they called and ask me to pay but to refund my money of Rs. 1869 they are taking multiple days to answer. What a pathetic service they have....

I have rented one cooler, these cheap fellow provided such a horrible product that in 2 weeks the item was replaced twice. Finaly i returned the product. These shameless people were not apologetic at all, for 2 weeks these fellows are fooling me. I have contacted 7cce, all of them informed that money will be refunded in 2-3 working days. I have placed an order with this website on 27th november 2017. The promised date of the delivery of products is 3rd december. Now the company executives are demanding for more documents. If i knew this earlier i would have given my order to any other vendor. I suggest to go for other trusted vendors.
