I purchased a product (rat killer device) cost rs. 1500 for 2 devices. But it was not working. I have raised so many complaints on the same issue. I talked to technical team and they responded that It will show its effect after 45 days. But still it was not working and again I talked to technical team and again they told me to wait for another 45 days and try by keeping a device at some 4-5 feet height. But it did not show any effect. I want my money back. Guys whoever is purchasing from naaptol, please do not buy it. The quality is very poor at offered prices. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

My name is Neeraj and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com with which i'm using my paytm account.
On 22.01.2016 i placed an order, the order ID is [protected] for Rs.4795/- for which i made the payment as follows :-
Out of Wallet - Rs.1439/-
Balance From Bank - Rs. 3356/-
Later on the same day i cancelled the order and the amount of Rs.1439/- is refunded in my wallet immediately and i got the mail that the balance amount of Rs.3356/- is refunded in my bank account and it will reflect in my bank account within 7 days, its been more than 7 days now and i have not received the money in my bank.
I tried contacting on customer care but the response is very poor, i called on their number also but the result is same.
I also asked for transaction ID generated for NEFT but they are not providing that also.

This is inform that my mother Mrs. Rina Das (Roy) was admitted to Ruby General Hospital on 17th January under Dr. Tapas Roy in a critical condition in ITU under west Bengal health plan at bed no 2051. Dr. Roy has suggested that she needs anti-fangal treatment on priority on 24/01/2017.But due to Negligence of hospital management the treatment has not started. So kindly do the needful and look into these complains as due to this Negligency of hospital management her survival chances are less. Who will be responsible for this.

“We have refunded Rs 3950 to your Indian Overseas Bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.

Kindly find out whats wrong in this case and do the needful,

Overnite parcel service, overnite express – a fraudulent courier agency
My sister sent me rakhi from shahjehanpur, u. P. For delivery at talegaon, pune (Pincode mentioned 410507), on 10/08/2016. The rakhi never arrived until 17/08/2016 night and tomorrow is raksha bandhan. Never use overnite parcel/courier services as it is a clear case of fraud. They do not have any proper courier service. I tried the following:
1. My sister approached the booking outlet in shahjehanpur, who falsely claimed that it is out for delivery. Very funny to know that the booking agent doesn’t know the correct no. Of the delivery office in pune!!!
2. Consignment no. Written on receipt is k*[protected]*, when putting this tracking no. On website it shows, sunday 14th aug. – arrived at pimpri chinchwad pune mini hub and then again shows sunday 14th aug.- out for delivery!!! They could not deliver till 17th evening, for last 4 days it is being delivered. – real fraudsters/cheats!!!
3. When i tried calling pune no. S as mentioned on their website, landline no:[protected]/32416642 – both no. S are fake – they are out of order and not working no. S!!!. Pune mobile no:[protected] is switched off!!! Real fraudsters!!!
4. When i tried calling their n. Delhi no. S it was a total waste of time and money as there is no executive available to talk to you. I tried 2-3 times but it was of no use. Fraudulent courier services!!!
5. Overnite courier is a real cheating agency – they charged rs. 150/- with a promise to deliver on the given pincode within 2-3 days times and could not deliver in 8 days time!!! The same rakhi could have been positively delivered by speed post in 7 days time – real cheats and fraudsters!!!
6. Never book through overnite express as they will cheat you and defraud you.
7. I’ll sue overnite express in a civil suit for intentional tort damages and ensure that they never repeat such fraudulent activities!!!
Real cheats/emotional criminals/fraudsters/liars/deceivers/non-performers…………

Hi,
I have ordered an original samsung eb-l1d7iba for galaxy s2 skyrocket, s2 t989 t-mobile 1850 mah on 17th july.
I have received an item after 17th days though it was expected to be delivered by 4-5 working days.
And item too was demaged not working and need to charge battery after 1 hr.
Raised a claim just after few days but not got any refund amount and they are just making excuses for that.

I am a victim of country vacations. i paid rs.35000 through my citibank debit card and another 55000 through my icicibank credit card on 1st july 2016.

While they were explaining the features and offers everything looked so rosy and nice. later after reading the agreement we got to know that none of those offers were mentioned in the agreement papers.

I am really not interested in their services anymore and want to get back my money. can you please let me know how to get my refund.

I have sent them an email for cancelling my membership at "response. [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com" and "[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com". whats the next step?

Dear sir / madam,

This is in regards with purchase order 90857241 shopclues.com. Logistic partner delhivery courier ( s[protected] delivery boy visited home for delivery of product & demanded government id proof. Usually it happens when one collect parcel from courier franchisee. I also spoke to his senior over phone mr. Akshay and asked him the reason for the same. He said without government id proof we cannot handover parcel. I told courier delivery boy to verify phone number mentioned on parcel, he did it.

Do delhivery take responsibility that id information of customer will not be misused any where else. Do delhivery courier have any rights to collect government id proof of buyer at delivery ? Is it mention any where in indian law to demand government id proof of buyer at delivery ? Is it mention any where on delhivery courier portal ?

I want perfect clarification for the same & appropriate action on logistic partner. I will take up this issue in consumer court, media, social media & public awareness.

Shibani air services pvt.ltd company is totally a fraud company, it is not any airlines company, they will call and take your interview and after that you will be asked to submit a documentation fee. I request all not to submit any fee if any company asks you.they asked me to submit an amount worth 1140/- into any of their bank accounts mentioned on their internet site, after that they will send me a parcel with in 15 days. i got the parcel after 1 month. the parcel was containing just a video cd and a form, they asked me to just sign the form and send it to them. when they recieved the form they said they have no vacancy at Amritsar, and i have to start working at delhi. when i agreed they said they could not pay a salary of 18500/- per month they will just pay to me 12000/- per month. But when they called me for job they said they will provide me job at Amritsar and the salary will be 18500/- per month by hand. Contact person was Mr. Rohan

I gave my hyundai verna for servicing, and they charged my 15800/- saying these are required as my car was due for this maintenance.
Surprisingly they didnt even solved the basic problems which i mentioned and for this i gave my car twice but still it was not solved.
Both the times they have just washed the car and gave back but did not rectify the issues.
After paying so much and relying on the brand its not worth at all
The service provider is simply fooling the customers saying that parts needs to changed so that they can make money out of it.

All of them have been resolved and I have requested them to delete all the complaints from their website since my personal number is there on that website and it's visible to public & I'm getting anonymous call humiliating me. Grahak Seva which claims to be a Jago Grahak jago initiative has not mentioned any address of it or any support no or mail id on the website.
Even no one knows that whether this is a Govt Site or Just a fake site to get high traffic so that it may make money by advertising once it starts getting huge clicks.
It has no set criteria nor does it has any authentic measure to check whether the complaints are genuine or not.
Anyone can submit the complaints and malign the name of any company.
Unlike other complaints forum which has a support mail and some terms and conditions, this website has no rules. Its just an open invitation for those who wants to malign the name of other companies.
Its really very regretting that Grahak Seva is promoting the unethical means of business. Even on their official blogs they don't answer these types of issues.
Grahak Seva is a fraud website with no set terms and rules.
They are just promoting the false complaints.

If you want to help the victims make a transparent policy.
Its no justice that you give a stone to any one and ask them to throw at anyone randomly.This will certainly make your website just a tool for corruption. At least do not defame the name of Jago Grahak Jago. You are not doing anything to give justice to the victims but just promoting moral violence in the society.

I'm really shameful to say that you are an Indian.

At last but not the least I must say that please change your slogan to "Ao sabko Badnam Karein"
