Dear sir I vijay kumar residing in bhagalpur, bihar have purchased a mobile i. E swipe elite note from shopclues on 10/07/2017 which had manufacturing defect (Pixel problem). For that i complained to shopclues but they told me that it's under warranty period so they can't help. Then i took it to pappu electronics, katihar, bihar which is an authorised service centre of swipe on 21/07/2017. They told me to wait until 45 days for the mobile to be serviced. After waiting for so long they are now telling that i have to chase shopclues for quick servicing or wait further. Now i am helpless. Please find a solution if you can. Thank you.
