Grand Vivanta — No Response from Support team for 12+ Days on phones or emails

I got a Voucher from Radisson Paschim Vihar and wanted to redeem it, Have been trying this continuously since July 22, 2022 and without fail have not got any response, not even Acknowledging .Tried Connecting on Phones effective 1st aug 2022 and was asked everytime that you will get a response by day end but ended up with no response.

Aftab the manager on the call:HUM Gareebo se deal ni krte .

This has hit my sentiments.I want the company managing Director to apologise for the same with immediate effect.

Do NOT EVER DEAL WITH SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES.
