When we visited the same place the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team Mr. Ravi Singh & Saurabh befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 192000 (One Lakh Ninety two thousand) for the package and gave us following promises which were all FRAUD:
- they said they are in tie up with all 5 star hotels
- They said if you don`t like services, you can get 100% refund after our first trip with them - When we experiance first trip with Grand Vivanta it has been observed that they offered us less than 2* property and that too far away from main city where food & Travel was almost double costly. and when we raised complaint then they denied to give refund and started saying that there will be 70% penalty on our payment.
- As per the invitation message they said they will give 2 Night and 3 Days Domestic Luxury Holiday Stay card however during our first trip when we tried to redeem this voucher they said there will be Rs. 3800/per day charge to utilise this voucher which is equivalent to the actual cast of leaving.
When I tried to speak to their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignored the calls and also their customer care Team said they do not agree with what their Sales Team promised to us.
I have been following up for the refund but they are saying 70% penalty on the refund which is not acceptable.
Request intervention by authorities to get the refund amount.

Working in this company are big bas**rds and id*ots. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 4 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. These bas**ds are eating fraud money (tat*i) and feeding same to their families. This company must be banned and above bast**rds must be punished in public.
