Great Eastern Appliances — Arrogant and bad behaviour from store after delivery | |||
Purchased a Lloyd 1 ton AC from great Eastern madhyamgram. When it got delivered, I saw wear length is of 1.5 ft also without any plug. Also, one screw was missing. I called at store representative Srikanth Banerjee about that and he continuously argued with me that no company provides plug. I have installed 2 AC previously at my home and I have never seen such scenario before. I stated the fact to him but he continued arguing that I don't have knowledge on this because he had also installed AC at his home. The tone was improper, unprofessional and his points were unacceptable from a customer' s view. He needs behaviour sessions also I need proper justification about why plug was not there Was this information helpful? | |||
