I have taken a washing machine from garia great eastern on 25th july when the gst was 28%.
but i got the invoice dated on 27th July showing that gst i have paid 18 % . coz on 27th gst on wasing machine got deduced .. that means i have to get back the excess amount which i have given i e 28% gst of total bill value. please check and help to get back the excess amount..

For chet i buy ac and tell me installation is free. But installation person say not send me free coupon then not free and charge 1500. I call contact person mr. Partha bose but no response. Again call great eastern customer and continue ring not answer. Next day i go shop barasat rathtala shop he say i see but today 2 month no response. I had purchased a panasonic th-43fs630d smart led tv on 20th july '18 from 'great eastern kajipara howrah'. The sales person mr. Avijit sen ([protected]) had promised me to deliver on the next day but somehow he could not. And again it was not delivered on 22nd july too and giving too many unprofessional excuse to me. Even my emi started from 21st july.

We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Great eastern Sinthi Branch on 19.07.18.. We requested the product to be delivered on the next day 20.07.18. But We didn't get the product upto 21.07.18.Even I personally visited the branch on 21.07.18. The ISD informed us they forgot to load the fridge on delivery van The ISD Mr Biswanath Kayal totally misguided us regarding the delivery of the refrigerator.We feel deeply disgusted

Dear sir, we buy 3 ac's in Feb 2018 from your udaipur branch situated at Opp BN College PIN CODE-313001 but now they are not working properly and from them water coming continuously.

we called the company service man but they are demanding service charge but tell me one thing sir we purchased ac's i feb month and its only july running then how he can demand for service charge as its only few months

We were.sold.an.ac which has problems.from day 1.
It has stopped.working after 2.months.O general A/c that we paid.40000 for.
After contacting the jaipur area head and o General heads, It's been 8 days and no.answer.from anyone.
All of them not.picking our.calls and rejecting our emails too.
We.were.told.by their own authorized engineer that it's a manufacturing defect which we were complaining of from the night...

I bought whirlpool vitamagic pro 200ltr refrigerator from your shop on 12.7.18.bt they cant delivery till now.in my shipping address they mistake the pincode.bt I'll suffer for it.and salesmanship is toooo much poor.when the money has given they are completely changed.they cant receive phones.very disappointing service.infuture I could remember it.

With reference to above subject I would like to intimate that I have purchased O-General A.C. from on June06, 2018 from the store which is located in Vaishali Nagar, Ajmer. Toady the same is not working & further on contacting the Authorised person at the Service Center the same has denied in rendering service. Further, he has charged excess amt for the Copper Rod required at the time of Installation. For such cheating & denying in service pls take the action else I demand the Co. to refund the amt & take their product back if they are not sufficient enough in rendering service.
I hope the Co look into the matter & intimate for the same as early as possible.

I have bought a microwave from great eastern appliances on march, 2018. However the product started giving problem within 1 month. Repeatedly it got repaired twice within 3 months with same problem (Defective pcb), when asked to change the product as it was being problematic from the 1st month itself, we are told that this is company's fault that they could not repair there problem properly.
Company gives provision to the dealer to change their defective products. However, instead of that they sold their defective piece and fooled us.

This was a complain against calculating the billing price on updated mrp and delivering an old stock product of approximately one year and two months old whose mrp was about rs.3000/- less.
Product purchased from great eastern retail pvt ltd, kankurgachi and the sales person was sri ankur roy.

This is a case of misguidance of customer w. R. T. Mrp, dp and customer price during demo in the show room and delivering something else.
Thus a currently manufactured product should be delivered or the amount taken extra should be returned.
None responded till date.
I have not used the product till date. The packet is kept in the sealed condition as the dispute has not yet been resolved. For this i am suffering badly. The product has been purchased for immediate use. I am suffering badly at present.
Kindly arrange to respond and resolve the dispute early.

I raman kumar purchased a brand new crompton ozone 54 model cooler from your uttarpara branch yesterday night by paying a handsome amount of rs 8000. When i started unboxing the product, surprisingly i found a sticker pasted on the top of the cooler mentioning some agent's name who attended some fault regarding body damage complaint against the same product in the month of march. I was shocked to see that i was given a used product and after looking minutely i found one side of the body part to be damaged. When i tried contacting your shop there was no response.
I want my product to be replaced immediately or else i want my money back. Otherwise i will be forced to register a case against this incident in consumer court or in pmo grievance portal.

I paid for two high end hitachi acs (Inverter, auto clean) few days back from great eastern kakurgachi branch. Once the payment is done, great eastern is not showing any interest in delivery of the two acs. Everyday they are lying that the materials are loaded in the van; after that they are not receiving my calls and the delivery is not done yet. The delivery team is saying sales team (Amarnath is the name of the sales guy) is not informing them for the delivery at proper time. We informed at the time of booking that the ac has to be delivered at 7th floor, but the delivery team is now denying this.

Before the payment is made, the great eastern is behaving very politely and sweetly. But after the payment, their behaviour is plain and simple callous. This is how loyal customer are lost.

Once its continuing for next one day, i will spread this through social media.

Brought voltas ac on 17/06/2018.. It's not deliver yet. It's an serious issue.. We will not keep quiet after this. We were calling every.. They were rejecting our call. This way u guys treat ur customers after purchasing things. We have been told that it would deliver in 4-5days and it's been 1week over.. It's not deliver yet. We can't tolerate this. Please help us.

I had purchased a godreg washing machine from great eastern chinsurah 6 days ago. But till date i have not received the delivery. I am calling again and again to the chinsurah great eastern regarding this matter. But every time they replied "sir you will receive today/ sir there is a problem, our truck was meet an accident/sir please wait you will receive today or tomorrow maximum.."
I just irritating to learn such things for a last 2-3 days.. My question is why they promised such a fake promise or commitment.. Today is my parents marriage anniversary.. I want to give them surprise.. But i can't...
Great eastern please don't make fake commitment to your valuable customers..

This is nivriti debnath from malda town. Last month i baught a samsung refrigerator from malda great eastern from a salce boy named rohit gupta. That time he harrused us a lot. He didnt give any call to company for the unpacking and installation of the product. After 5 days and after many calls we get the service. This time i have baught a voltas ac from the same boy and today is 6th day and after so many calls till now the ac has not installed yet. The company claims that we have not informed about the call and rohit gupta claims i gave the call. I dont know what the # is hapening but i think u should take a step against this irresponsible boy.

I bought a cooler last sunday 17/6/2018, and the salesman promised delivery at ruby by tuesday evening 19/6. Order rd/1819/so/03985.

On follow up he confirmed that the product has been loaded in truck and will get delivered soon. We had to wait till late night but it did not arrive.

There were no need of fake promise. The salesman was busy to impose how great and honest he is instead of guiding us.

Please look into this matter and take necessary action. Otherwise i will think twice before reaching your store next time.

I had purchased a washing machine from great eastern (Near dalhousie) exactly 2 weeks back but till date i have not received the delivery. I tried to contact the person and even great eastern by calling them up 50-60 times but they give least interest to calls. I am also putting up the number of the seller who sold us the washing machine but did not pay heed to my calls at all. His mobile number is-[protected].

I have purchased an air conditioner on the last week ie, on 14th of june on great eastern, salt lake, kolkata through check payment.
But, as the check has already been cleared & payment has already been processed great eastern is refusing to deliver the package for no reason although the package is ready to be delivered.

After calling several times no response is being provided except misbehaving on the phone.

I have Purchased a washing machine fridge and induction cooker from your Garia branch(kolkata) on 14/06/2018 which was supposed to be delivered today i.e 19/08/2018 but the same has not been delivered and to my utter dismay
the sales representative, Miss Ranjana is not answering my calls intentionally. Moreover the mobile no mentioned in the order receipt is switched off and nobody is receiving the landline number either.This sort of high handed behavior of the sales staff is absolutely unacceptable and will compel me to knock the doors of consumer forum if necessary.

Today morning i bought a usha stellar zx 20 air cooler from your howrah great eastern shop. When i ask your executive (Mr jamil) at that time he say this product delivery at tonight in my mailing address. Bt now i call the executive and he simply denied. And he say delivery this product may be tomorrow night or yeasterday morning. Your executive missguide me for the selling time. If i bought any product in your shop by cash then why should i wait 2 or 3 days? Specially your executive assured me delivery today then why i wait?
Please look into this matter.
