I purchased an window ac (1ton) from your showroom in cuttack on[protected] without. The product i wanted, wasn't available in your showroom, we paid the money on 22-3-18, later on he provided me with an ac manufactured in august, 2016 i refused to receive and asked him to provide the latest (2018) model paying the difference in price or return back my money. Neither he gave me the latest product nor returned my money. It's been already 15 days. It is for your kind information. Take appropriate steps at your level otherwise i will lodge a complaint in legal forum against your harassment. For your information i purchased products worth lakhs from your showroom.

With great disappointment, i would like to inform that i have still not received a split ac, that i had purchased from great eastern, baguiati, kolkata.

When i called them yesterday, they told me with rudeness that it was not their responsibility. The persons with whom i had talked was prosenjit samanta and sambhu das. Both of them were rude to an extent that i cannot describe here.

Ac was supposed to be delivered yesterday and till now it has not been delivered. Installation was supposed to be done today but it could not happen. My registered mobile number is [protected].

I am really looking for help here. Please assist. : (. It seems that 1 customer is not valued.

I have purchase a whirlpool 1.50 ton split inverter ac from Great Eastern Dalhousie dated 14.03.2018 one sales man too much inspired me about that machine but i want to take hitachi & the sales person conform me that machine is very good from hitachi but after the installation i see that my room not cooled after the starting of AC at least 1 hour.So i am called to customer care
& they visit my house today ie (26.3.2018) & told me your room is situated in top floor & that is the reason for not cooling my room. now told me it is possible. when i going to purchase then sales person told me please off the machine after starting 1 or 1/2 hour & then see how cooled it.So my request to you please change my machine or machine band asap. So my request to you please change my machine or machine band asap otherwisey i will go to consumer forum for take the necessary action against Great eastern dalhousie & whirlpool.

The receptionist of 15 b sarat bose road great eastern technocity tanima sarkar is a ###. Every she goes to hotel with different man after office hours and sometime between office hours for 2-3 hours. I am also a worker in great eastern technocity i have wife and kids so when they will know it that i work with a ### then no one will give respect to me and the shop many of the workers know it but in front no one tell anything if you follow her then you will also know that which type of girl is tanima sarkar. We have less sale in technocity only because of she . She misbehave with the customer in face to face and over phone also she keeps the receiver mANY TIMEs. When we tell her why you are keeping the phone she tells 'to ka amar ki korba erokom chakri gala amar kichu jay asa na' . Sir please take action against her. Please rusticate her from the job then great eastern will get back the actual position. Please rusticate tanima sarkar from great eastern.

Purchased bajaj calenta 15gpu water heater set from tonk road jaipur invoice no. G1924/1718/03181 dated 19/02/2018. Bajaj mechanic opened the box for installation & found stand missing. He told he will get the part & install. Now, he is advising to bajaj dealer directly, who is not responding. Installation was free with the purchase of product. Neither the missing stand is being provided nor the installation done. Highly dissatisfied with the services of great eastern store.

I bought one ac from great eastern garia on 28th feb. Only one condition i had that is to get the delivery by saturday. The sales executive deepak assured me to deliver by saturday. I followed up regularly as it was really urgent. But the delivery didn't arrive. On sunday when i called him at noon he started shouting at me. Used very rough words with high volume. I am insulted and harassed. Shame on great eastern. Shame on their service. Shame on their executives behaviour.

Bought 3nos. Of daikin 1ton ac from your tollygunge (Ashoknagar) store on 24th feb, 2018 (Order no. 0036) in the name of saikat dey.
The sales person, alam and the branch manager confirmed that standard installation would be free (Also mentioned in the order receipt (Which will include labour charge). However, at the time of visit by the installation person, he is telling that bracket installation cherge of rs350+rs300 for vacuum per unit has to be paid. The person also mentioned that the bracket fitting chatarge has to be paid and that he has received similar disputes from other customers too.

This is a sheer harassment and miscommunication from the store.in order to complete sale, they do not reveal all the hidden charges, which is creating dissatisfaction among your customers.

Request the senior management to look into the issue with utmost priority so that this damage can be arrested asap.

I have bought a godrej eon microwave from great eastern gorabazar on january. They are not giving me the kit. Also they promised to give an induction but refusing now. I have called them times visited the store to collect that but they are just giving excuse o[censored]navailibilty, manager change or link down. I am tired of the harrasment and need some solution of this fake dealers

Its regarding the coordinator who is sitting there to lift the call. Her name is juman or juma. I have asked the installation of my product which i have taken from great eastern behala. She was very annoyed to me and behaving very badly. It’s very bad experience while talking to her. Why you are putting these type of leady as coordinator. It’s a bad taste from great eastern behala.

Respected sir, i have purchased a fridge from great eastern park circus on 19th feb the model no. Is mentioned in the subject line. The staff promised to deliver within 3 days but today is the 6th day. Everyday i am calling and the staff mr. Laltu is coming up with different excuses. I have paid in full but i don't understand why on earth i am getting such lame excuses. I am sorry to say the after sale service in great eastern is pathetic, disaster, disappointing. If i have to give points out of hundred i will give only 1. If great eastern have some name or goodwill in the market please prove it to me and let me know what this company all about. I booked lg fredge on 23.1.18 at your dumdum gorabazar br and paid rs 10160.00 as down pyment on that very day, on 1st feb 18 i request them to deliver my freeze and mr ranjiy jana promise me it wilk deliver on 4th feb, but on that it was not delivered, again mr jana said it will deliver on 6th feb but they again failed to deliver, even today i. E 8th feb, mr jana said challan was not ready. Pl look into the matter and deliver today positively. Order no dd/1718/so/01358

This is to bring you in notice that we have purchased a samsung refrigerator dated 28 jan -2018 from great eastern howrah shibpur branch.
At first, at the point of order confirmation we have selected a model by after showroom has delivered a different product. As the product was purchased in emi (Capital first) after delivery they have changed the poduct id in the original invoice. However when we walked into the showroom for clarity the isd guy named raju mistry has done an argument for the same. We asked for a return. No matter about the argument but they still not ready to process the refund. They only promised that it can be done after 3 month.
After that at the point of leaving 9the same isd guy abused us also a person called as mr. Singh was taking the side of the employee of them to save their showroom & employee.

After all he was continuously treating us & continuously abusing my wife on that situation.

However we are taking a legal action on store & store manager & isd (Raju mistry) for the same.

Also would like to suggest everyone that not to buy any product from great eastern ever.

Also, expecting great eastern team to take appropriate action on store management.

I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from garia on 26th jan 2018. I have paid the money and they said i will receive it by 28th (Sunday). I do have some outstation work so i said that it should get delivered by the date but who cares. Its been 31st jan when i called the seller, they are saying that the model is unavailable. How could someone sell some product that is not available. Now they are saying that it will get delivered by 4th feb after a full week. Why this kind of harassment we are facing from a renowned company like yours. I have to wait to receive this product till monday. Who will compensate my loss/harassment. I have purchased a lg refrigerator from dalhousie on 26th jan. I have paid the money and they said i will receive it on 28th jan, as per their promise i wait whole day. But i have not received the item when i call them they shouted at me for calling them. Then they told i will received product on 29th jan morning within 8am. But i have not not received the product. We've purchased a washing machine model godrej wt eon 651 pfh on 8th jan'18 at your batanagar branch. As per commitment it was supposed to deliver within 3-4days. But we got delivery after 7 days that is also a damaged machine. Godrej demo people made note for the same when broke the seal of packing. After dealer they again committed replacement within 2 days. But 5 days gone still it is not delivered on 21st jan'18. Mean time we tried to connect your representatives but they are not picking call and when visiting dealer they are making only false commitment. We are in trouble please help us by taking proper action.

I somenath chakroborty i have buy one refrigerator from satragachi branch being invoice no sg/1718/sa/02188 and they failed to deliver by their committed to delivery with in 10 days. I have called at technocity at phone number [protected] one lady hold the phone and talk in a rough manner after that i have asked her name and i have told when i will get the refrigerator she told i didnot know if you want you can cancel the order and give slangs. So i want to take a serious step against her. I want to told to great eastern that this lady will not grow the sale if she want then she didnot talk like this.

Yesterday i purchased panasonic speaker from your great eastern branch, tonk road, jaipur. All queries are handled by mr. Alok gour (Contact no.-[protected]). Mr. Alok assure to delivered for today till 2.00pm. I’m still waiting for delivery. I called him but he doesn’t have any answer to delivery. This is very bad experience ever n ever. I’ll never suggest to purchase any item from ur shop. I am also attaching ur order receipt.

This is worth experience from great eastern and panasonic also.

I have purchased one samsung refrigerator from your bhubaneswar, odisha branch, value rs 114000/-. As puja offer along with fridge, samsung j7 prime mobile phone was their. I was told by your showroom salesman mr. Pradyumn that refrigerator will be delivered within 3days and phone within 15 days. But where as after following up i got my refrigerator after 22 days and still waiting for the j7 prime phone. So many times i been to showroom and ask for my phone, every time i get false promise saying, it will deliver to your home. I will lodge a police complaint and complain at consumer forum. Bhubaneswar showroom, cheating people. Even, manager mr. Dalai and another bengali boy who is incharge of shop, giving false promise.

I have order 5star panasonic ac on 25th dec 2017. They told us it will delivered within 8 to 10 days. But after inquiry from shop it revealed that it is out of stock nd they assure us it will be in stock within 10/11 th jan 2018 but today i make a call at shop they told us till now it is out of stock. I bought it from takurpukur branch kolkata. Please help us

Its been a month and your employee mr ajay sharma ph [protected] and his manager is making false promises and sharing incorrect information multiple times.

Firstly they were not able to issue a refund as i purchased 3 products using one single bill.

Secondly they said refund will be done via cheque which never came.

Thirdly they informed that they have deposited the cheque and it will appear in my bank in the next 7 days. Again a lie.

Lastly, no help from then now at the moment and have shared a number for further help. +[protected] mandul kolkata

Its a request to refund me the money as soon as possible.
