I bought a fridge almost 10days back from the gorabazar branch

the product was damaged so we asked for a replacement.
the staff have been telling us continuously that we will receive the product today but they still haven't delivered.
the staff is extremely inefficient and rude.
we even asked for a refund but they refuse to do so.

I wish to lodge a complain against one of your sales personnel Abhishek Chakroborty of Great Eastern Retail, Garia branch for misguiding and falsifying facts causing unnecessary financial burden on the customers.
I have bought a Bajaj storage water heater (Calenta 15 ltrs.) and he quoted a price of Rs 11890.00. After settlement of the bill, he gave me two money receipt one for the geyser and another for the extended warranty totalling Rs 11890.00; I never asked for extended warranty nor he disclosed it before payment of the bill. As such, I will request you to refund me the cost of extended warranty which I do not require.
He also provided me a hand written cost list of accessories and labour charge required for installation with price list (which I strongly believe as inflated). He has also mentioned that all the accessories will be of Bajaj make. Next day the Bajaj technicians came to install the geyser and brought all unbranded accessories. Your sales personnel Abhishek blatantly denied his statement about brand.
This kind of people are detrimental for the reputation of your reputed concern and will request you to take appropriate action.
Will be expecting a response soon.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase a Godrej Semi-Auto washing Machine from Great Eastern Trading Co. at 23B, Bagmore Station Road, Near BagMore on Sunday (i.e. 13/11/2022), on the delivery date they promised us to get the product within two/three days.

But, regret to inform you that delivering after 5 days on dated: 18/11/2022, it has been noticed at the time of Installation that the machine is damaged (Dent on front side). Immediately the installation has been stopped as I instructed to the technician.

Even after I called the sales person on this number +[protected] and the service personnel on this +[protected]; they promise me to replace the same from the company within 7 to 10 days. Also, I have lodge a complaint on Godrej customer care on this number[protected] about the same and they also promise me to take care the matter on their priority basis.

After spending 13 days from the date of my purchase, the damaged product yet not replaced till date.

As a buyer! Isn’t harassments?

If so, then please look into my matter seriously or else cancel my order and revert back my payment, which
financed by Bajaj Finance. I will purchase the same from somewhere else.

Purchased Samsung semi automatic washing machine vide invoice no 2124/2223/02674 on dt 28.10.2022 after delivery it was found that the dryer is broken in the bottom .We have requested to replace the machine but the supplier insist for repairs which is wrong . We have requested for the replacement but it has not taken place even after seven days .

I booked a refrigerator on Saturday (i.e. 12/10/2022), on the delivery date they promised us to get the product within Monday/Tuesday. But now it's 12/10/2022 I didn't get my product. Even after I called the agent they are not sure when I get my product. Every day when I called him he promised me to call back within an hour, but I didn't get any call from him. This is very much harassments. Please look into my matter or else cancel my order and revert my payment back. I will purchase the same model from somewhere else.

I bought my carrier spil ac on June 2022 from great eastern bt road kamarhati . My mobile no [protected]. It was in the name of State Bank of India as I will get reimbursement of the bill. In the place of delivery address my name was missing in the bill. I told them to add tha name of me at the place of delivery. Staff informed me it is not possible. But due to not prence of my name in the bill my authority rejected my bill. Please suggest me can that bill be changed.

I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 27th August.
But it has not been delivered yet.

I have purchased LG AC on 7th August 2022 still no delivery of product. They have committed daily for delivery but failed.

This is very hurt feeling to inform you that I am a frequent customer of your good company (great eastern). Day by day the attitude and behavior of your gorabazar, Kolkata staffs are getting worst.

I booked 01 double door fridge of samsung company from your gorabazar branch on 25th June 2022 and was told by Mr. Samir Mazumder (big lier), it will be delivered in 3-4 days.

Firstly it was delivered after 6 days on 1st July 2022. The same day the which I was having was taken by them of 1000/- (company policy). Fare enough.

Very next day when samsung engineer came to install and demo of the same. It was not working. He told consult with you great eastern gora Bazar to deliver the fresh one from their store.

I called your gorabazar store for the same. They just misguided me and told the new fridge will be deliver within 02 days. But so far it has not been delivered. Every day we are going and they say we are working on it but so far it has not been delivered.

Sir, the problem is me and my wife both are working and can't visit your store and your staff Mr. Samir Majumder, Sampa Mondal and even store manager are not answering my calls.

Still I am waiting for my fridge after making the payment. On 2nd July I have to pay the first emi of the same.

This is the shame for great eastern that, it is the very honored and respected company which is having a good name in the market. Just because of their few staffs, getting diminished.

Kindly do the favor for me atleast deliver my fridge asap. I am enclosing my bill alongwith this mail.

I have been purchased a freeze from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd. at near Dalhousie, Kolkata on 02.01.2022 vide order or bill number DLH/SO2122/16090 by online cash. But, it is not delivered till now. I visited to this office so many times. But, till now on confirmation is received for delivery of said item (freeze). Bill copy is attached for reference.
Therefore, kindly deliver the item immediately pls.

My name is Godhuli Bhattacharya. On the 2nd June I purchased a new Haire AC from the great eastern showroom, which is located in Madhyamgram, sodepure road, Kolkata-129. After that the AC was delivered on Saturday, 4th June and was installed on Sunday, 5th June. While installing the AC, it didn't work properly and then I called the showroom and raise the issue. They told us to wait and call the company for sending their technicians to examine the AC. The technicians came over the next day and said there were some issues with the voltage. After that we fixed it and still the AC didn't work. Again the technicians from Haire came over and check the AC and told us the input set is damaged. After hearing this we called the showroom and told them to give us the full replacement. They refused to do so and started behaving so rudely. They told us that they will not give us the full replacement even when the product is a complete damaged product. They are saying it's not in their policy which is a complete lie. They refused to give me or show me the policy and refused to give me the HO's mail address and instead gave me their showroom mail ID.

Therefore, I as a customer who had received a damaged good by their company and was harrased by their employees, would like to raise a complain against their employees and request you to give me a full refund.

I have purchased on Godrej eon refrigerator on 6/6/22 vide SO No- DUM/SO2223/01539, dt.[protected] from your shop at Dum Dum Gorabazar.At the time of purchase sales man said that the product will be delivered on 8/6/22 and also provided his mobile number on the bill. On 8/6/22 the product was not delivered and i tried to contact with the sales person but he did not want to talk to me giving excuses that picking of phone inside shop is banned. I asked then why you gave the number ? He did not say any satisfactory answer. After some time one Sonali Dey Dutta called me and enquired and said that the product will be delivered by evening. But it was not get delivered. On 9/6/22 i tried to contact her on her number and called her 7 to 8 times but she did no picked up the call. I called on the number of the shop at leat seven times but none picked up the call. At last one receptionist named Ms Ganguly picked the call and by her reply i initially thought that i have made some mistakes by purchasing goods from the shop. Her reply was such non professional and arrogant that i thought that how u keep such person's in your company? However it very astonishing to say that to contact with the persons of the shop is looking like climbing mountain. I want to say that why bluff was made by sales person regarding delivery of the product. How to contact them? Who will give a satisfactory answer regarding product delivery. Very sorry to say that this behaviour of your staff will bring closure of your shop. Perhaps this is my last visit to your shop and i will suggest other customers not to go to your shop.

At the time of purchasing my product that is on 29th May I told to Dibyendu Halder please deliver on time because they are senior citizen customer please deliver it on my present and also need to be done at my present that is within 11th June but he is not responding my phone also and also no idea what is the status of this product it has been dispatch or not

I was purchased semi auto washing machine from 352, GT Road Salkia great eastern, Howrah branch. Installation and guidance should required But as per their openion, there is no system for the installation or guidance given from their end. Is it the proper after sales and service ?

Required installation and guidance for that product. Please cooperate.

Sir, I, Mrs. Shraboni Das, have a complaint against your Great Eastern (Chandannagar branch) regarding the fact that I have recently bought an ac on 13th May & submitted the cheque (Cheque No. - 490221) to the branch sum of the amount of Rs. 40, 931/- on the same day. But the branch didn't deliver the product & the amount hasn't been debited from my bank A/c till now. The branch isn't co-operating with us. Upon contacting the branch, the manager didn't care to our problem & behaved very rudely with us. We're very much disappointed at this kind of service received from your branch. Kindly requesting you to take proper action against the branch otherwise I'll be bound to take another legal step.

I bought an air conditioner 1.5 ton haier at 08/05/2022.. When i buy this product, your sales person (Name – SRIJIB) told me that installation charges free & it also 2022 model so i bought AC from uttarpara Great eastern, , but when ac delivered at my home it was 2021 model and service person charged Rs 707/- for installation .. Then i call sales person of great eastern and he told me “now you pay Rs 707/- & after few days i will arrange a 707/- voucher from company within 10 days”. But till now my amount voucher will not received.. please check this and give me my reverse money 707/- immediately..

I have bought above TV from your Rajouri Garden outlet vide bill no. RJG/SA2223/00081 dtd. 23/05/2022. Ms Nisha was our sales officer. She has assured that mounting stand will be compact as well as movable. When we asked her to show the same physically, than she shown us one stand in installed position behind display TV as she was not having spare one to show us physically. Now when installer came today at our home he brought ordinary local movable stand, on which if TV is installed it will come too much outside. When we asked him to bring either fix one or similar one which Ms Nisha shown us he simply refused to help. Looking above may I request you to take back your TV as it is as we are now no more interested to buy it because of your false promise and poor response. If it is your service delivery than I am afraid about future of your company in NCR. May god bless you but excuse us as we are now no more interested to have any business with Great Eastern any more.

I have purchased one Usha Cooler (Buddy 45) from Great Eastern,
Address : Biswa Bangla Sarani, opposite Karnataka Bank, Chinar Park, Sukanta Pally, Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700136 .

The sales executive Pintu defined me few good selling point, but once I brought it back, He didn't entertain me. This Cooler is worthless for me . Its totally leaking water every time. That's why I can't use this any more. I have logged multiple complained but no result. Also sales person Pintu also not responding. Now I am in a big soup. Please provide me proper assistance on this .

I have purchased two ACs from Bhubaneswar BapujiNagar store on dt: 27.04.2022 its around two days and the product is not yet delivered. I am realy disappointed from the service. False commitment by the sales person for next day delivery.

Yesterday I was visit Great Eastern Liluah for Quotation for 6 Daikin 1.5 ton 3 * inverter AC. They told me that please mail us on our Mail ID.
I mailed after one our about quotation.
Neither they send me the quotation not they replied the mail.
Today I already visited in the morning and asked about the quotation. They told me we will send the quotation in your mail id in half an hour but they today also they didn't send the quotation.
Please Do the needful.
