Great eastern ranikuthi NSC Bose road bad retailer, my product recived bt no response retailer & no problem solve my product, great eastern staff not good bad services.no purchase this product this great eastern fully rubish....

We had purchased Samsung 1.5ton 3 star AC from Great Eastern Beckbagan on 29th March as per the Sales Executive Mr. Abhijeet Normal delivery will take within 2 days but due to strikes we have pending old order, hence it will take 3-4 days max.
after 3-4 days when i try to connect on store mobile no :[protected] (printed on bill) its becomes switch off. After a lot of hurdle we get one no from store who is taking care of delivery Mr. Shamim [protected]. He replied its wrong no in first response. after repeated calling he did nt give proper response.

Finally i left from office and reached on Stored they replied please speak to our manager Mr. Kamlesh ji .

At last i got a hope that some one responsible who can resolved my problem. but its my misfortune that he replied the product u order is not in our stock and we tried to managed from our Liluah Branch office.

So it will take more time to deliver own your destination!!!
The awesome replied make me laugh. why the hide & seek game is going on since the time i purchased? why not i will look for another Product? Who is responsible Samsung or Store Keeper or Manager or Great Eastern ? who did nt make the service on time? who is responsible for wasting time of their and my also?

I was purchased a AC from great eastern shop, Saltlake on 16.03.2022 But till now the product is not delivered after several time of store visit and also several time of verbal communication over phone with the staff of the store.
Staffs (including manager) behaviour are also not good.

I have had the worst experience of my life with Great Eastern Baligunj. Abhijeet the sales man will talk to you with sugar coating words and promise you hell lot of things but nothing will happen the same way. My wife and I had to call them up several time to get the status of the Samsung AC and till now it’s not been delivered nor installed. There is a big gap between the sales representative and the godown guys no one knows what’s happening. They will just sell their products and later on forget about everything else. Just bad service and misleading the public.

I made the payment for the refrigerator on 1st Feb and Amount 23960 was deducted at 08:36 through CC Avenue but no confirmation was given. Great Eastern shows no order has been placed. I got the email and message from ICICI bank for the deduction. As per ICICI ref number for the transaction is [protected].
I tried to connect with the Great Eastern but their support team has no idea what to do.

I have paid rs 1350 for a philips pop up toaster model HD4825/91 on 1st january 2022 through upi phone pay to greateasternretailpr. [protected]@hdfc. But no message or any kind of information has bee sent from great eastern. Please send the product or refund me. Thank you

I purchased a new refrigerator in the month of 31st October from your dealer Great Eastern, santragachi Howrah. However, on the date of installation we found out that the door of the deep fridge is having dent and paint is distorted. I have been following up with the dealer and the Samsung customer care for the last 45 days, I have not got any solution.
I am really helpless and I don''t know what to do. After purchasing a new product and paying my EMIs on time why shall I accept a refurbished door? I have paid for a new refrigerator not a second hand one. Then why am I given the solution of just replacing the door. That too with not a new one.
Anyways I request you to give me a solution for this. I am really helpless, and I have not been able to use the fridge. Please give me a solution as soon as possible

I buy a refrigerator fridze sam sung from great eastern nager bazar then treat me like a donkey not even donkey the not even received me phn properly i never expect as from great eastern most third class service you have in future i never purchase in product from you guys

Sub : Delaying the delivery process & installation

This is to inform you that the I have purchased a Havells instanio prime 6-litre geyser on 4th november. Billing was done from Chinsurah branch and the product was supposed to be delivered at 18 Shibtala lane bhadreswar hooghly .Today is 11th.I was told that it will take 2/3 days time for delivery & Installed . 9/11/2021 the product was delivered but till now no installation is happened which earlier said to be happen within 7th nov. Now 11 /11/ 2021 Still now product was not installed. It is not expected from such big name.
Please sort out my problem otherwise I have to think in some other way. Waiting for kind help & cooperation.

It has been since 7 days I have ordered a TV and it is not coming from the godown how much time will you take ?? 😫😫🤬🤬😩😩

I had purchased a fully automatic LG washing machine from Great eastern trading co. Kazipara, Howrah branch on 31.10.2021 after full payment on same day. The product got delivered on 02.11.2021 . When LG engineer came for installation on 03.11.2021 it was found out that the machine is damaged with a big dent in front. I contacted the dealer immediately and after about 3 - 4 follow ups on that day they said that it will be replaced by 04.11.2021. The day passed and it was not delivered. O went to the store on 05.11.2021 for follow up where again I was falsely assured by their staff CHANDANA that 9t will be delivered in 2 days or by 7th. Nothing fruitful till date and everytime i am calling her she is giving me false assurance of new dates. I AM FED UP WITH THEIR ATTITUDE. Again today i called for follow up and again i have been provided with a new date. Now i want to cancel my order and want my money back immediately or else i will be compelled to move to CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOUR LETHARGIC COMPANY.

**worst service** company ppl doesn’t know how to behave and talk, they are very rude. They Keep changing date of delivery and give false notifications and details of delivery. Phone number in invoice is switched off. Sent an email to them as complaint but I am sure they’re won’t be any response for days. It was a harassment the wah the delivery man spoke to my sister and the way the sales lady showed attitude. Made us call diff number after going to the shop.

I purchased lloyd 1.5 ac on 15th Oct 2021. But I have received defective product. When I talk to the dealer about the product to give me the fresh product instead the defective one but they are denied to give me the fresh product instead the defective one. Plz sir take action quickly about the my complaint

I Anis Ahmed Khan purchased an AC of 1.0 capacity on 05/09/2021. The product delivered was damaged. I requested for its replacement. Till now it has not been replaced yet even after 15 days.
Please kindly do the needful at the earliest possible as your staff members are not cooperating with us at all.

I have buy one Refrigerater greateastren retail on 8th sep10 pm, when I payment mode CCAvenue the exact amount 14800 deducted from my SBI credit card but not give any confirmation. I got a mail from SBI card department amount 14800 give great eastern retail p ltd.

Today I visited in ur dalhousie branch at 2pm for symphony tower cooler. Group of staff were busy in chatting. When I asked for the same, one staff said that they have no symphony. When I asked the name of company showing one tower cooler he replied it was sympathy. I asked about features then he rudely replied 'what will be features? It is just a cooler. ' and went away to join his group for chatting.
It was very humiliating.

I have paid to Great Eastern Retail Privet Limited by online transaction thru ccavenue upi transaction to greateasternretailpr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 14/08/2021 Rs 40336 Ref ID[protected] from my paytm upi ID but no receipt have generated nor any refund credited to my bank.

I have to pay 18600 for separately for 1 item later.

I have bought two geysers and a washing machine from tonk road jaipur outlet but washing machine havent been delivered yet and staff is misguiding that comming in 10 mins 15 mins so.. I have bought all items on sunday that installation can be done on monday which was holiday.. Now all working days ahead till Sunday so they are not willing to install on sunday and saying me to be at home... To take leave from office unnessarily. I told them to send technician at 5.30 but still they r not ready to co operate and talking rudely as I have done wrong by purchasing items from great eastern.. Plz solve my issue urgently

I had purchased premium LED of 1 lac but dealer has installed it with fake wall mount. I am following since last 7 days but not replacing with original piece. Due to which there is large gap between my led and wall.
