I have obtained quotation for a Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT42M553ESL 415 LTR REF on Dt 15.10.2020 from Nagerbazar Branch of Rs. 45, 300/-.
I have received confirmation from my circle office of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK NADIA CIRCLE for purchasing the refrigerator on Dt 20.10.2020.
However, the branch authority is now saying it is not possible for them to deliver the product even after Puja occassion. They are not cooperatimg with me. Kindly assist.

I have already made a complaint with you that your Shyambazar branch has insisted me to make an extended warranty at the time of purchase of a godrej microwave from them on 02.09.2019. Since the product is malfunctioning I have complained to company &the refused to give benefit of extended warranty because it was a third-party warranty . Time & again I contacted the branch without verbal assurance nothing was done from last 4 days. Having no way out I have contacted with customer care department when they informed me that branch is preparing papers of extended warranty.
I am surprised to note that one years has been passed from the date of purchase now steps is being for extended warranty.
Hence I am requesting you to resolve my problem within 24 hours otherwise I shall go before the consumer forum on the ground of deficit if service.

I have purchased a Samsung 32" television on 18.10.2020 from Great Eastern, Garia, Kolkata, but till 20.10.2020 it is not installed by company serviceman.
After repeated followup I did not get any respons niether from the salesman not from the service man.
Pl take care the matter and solve it immediately.

My Name is Ashutosh Awasthi and I bought a Daikin AC in Great eastern A-22 indra nagar branch in lucknow and they took more down payment from me it's something around ₹5, 500 and when I complain about this they said that they would refund my money in maximum a week but now it's been around 2 months and when ever I try to call the company they abuse me and say that meet us in the showroom. The showroom is around 3 km away from home and I am working man but still I went in their company's showroom they abuse me and didn't listen to me. I plead that take action against them as soon as possible or I will launch a legal FIR for fraud and mental torture against the CEO Abhishek Mishra and Great Eastern appliances.

I have purchased a microwave from your br.at Shyambazar on 02.09.2020 when as insited by sales person I have made an extended warranty of the Product. The bill issued by them does not reflect the name of company.
On 16.10.2020 at night it was noticed the touchpad button of the Product is not functioning properly. On 17.10.2020 I have informed Godrej company for reparing & upon enquiry the said company has refused to give the benefit of extended warranty because it was not done with them. Immediately I have contacted with the stores & they have assured me to give service immediately. But nothing was done. On Monday i.e. 19.10.2020 I have again contacted with the show room & they againgave only assurance. In the evening I went to showroom again they assured to take steps but till date nothing has been done.
I don't want to complicate the issue, hence am requesting you to take appropriate steps

Purchased a LG Top Load Washing Machine on 10.10.2020 with full payment from great eastern Shyambazar branch and they promised for delivering on or before 12.10.2020. But today 14.10.2020, still I didn't get my delivery. Everyday I called them. And they lied me that, "today will be delivered". But still now I didn't get that item.

Mr BILAS & MR sk Monirul as worthless & Fraud Character. Lack of interest of customar service.

Dear team,

I had purchased panasonic ac for inr 38, 500 (Including gst) with order number - trd/so2021/01183 on 23.06.2020 through axis bank credit card which was subsequently delivered and installed. At the time of purchase i was informed that i shall be getting cashback of 10% (Max up to inr 5000) i. E. Inr 3, 850/- after 90 days in the same axis bank credit card. But after 90 days i received only inr 1540/- on 25th september 2020 instead of inr 3, 850/-. On calling the sales representative, who assisted me in my purchase, he assured me to get back to me with clarifications but did not call. Now, he is not picking calls from the last 2 days.
I am a regular buyer of products through great eastern but this sort of service (After sale) and response is forcing me to reconsider my future purchase destination.
I would like you to take note of the problem and corrective measures.

I have purchased several electronics items such as daiken inverter 1.5 ton ac (Rs48, 000/-) in may 2019, panasonic 43 inch 4k ultra hd tv in january 2020b (Invoice tch/sa1920/06605, dated 24/01/20 for rs 39, 936/- & samsung blue ray home theater (Tch/sa1920/06607, dated 22/01/20, for rs 10, 000/-) in techno city, sarat bose road, kolkata

Yesterday i visited your techno city shop, sarat bose road regarding purchase of new microwave.

But your sales person mr. Debyandu (Mobile - [protected]) was rude & insulted me. He doesn't know how to behave to the customer. I am very disappointed with your staff.
This was a very bad experience for me.
In the future i won't visit your shop & i will share my experience with my friends, colleagues & relatives.

I am requesting you to teach your sales person how to behave customer, then you will get business otherwise you will lose the business.

I submit the following complaint for non-delivery of a chimney (Glen 6062 blk 60 cm 1000 m3 bf ltw) and a washing matchine (Panasonic na - f67ahb-mrb/6.7 kg top load wm. Gr[protected]. 197pajbrju0034) which i purchased by full downpayment through my debit card on 17.9.2020 from your jessore road, barasat branch. Order no. S brt/so2021/01738 and brt/so2021/01737 respectively. According to these orders the delivery date was 17.9.2020 for both the items. Orally they said that by 19.9.2020 both the items will surely be delivered and installed. On ringing on the given contact numbers every times they were talking in contradintory words! Lastly assured that by today both the items will surely be delivered and installed. But till now only one item in sealed packet (The delivery boy said it was the washing machine) was delivered just now at my residence. But the chimney is yet to be delivered!
I like to question you why such harassment a customer have to undergo by purchasing items from your concern will full payment?
Let me request you to do the needful so that my purchased items are delivered and installed by tomorrow positively at my given address.

I had purchased a tv from sodpur great eastern on last saturday morning. Mr kunal das customer care executive had confirmed me as next day was sunday so the installation would take place by monday. Yesterday there was no response. Then i had called him up at 8 pm and he had assured me he will call me up today morning. Again there is no response. So i had called him up at 3 pm. Again a false assurance from his side.
Now it's 7 pm. Again i have to call him up. He has no clue regarding installation. I am a n old customer of your company. But this type of false commitment not at all expected.

I have purchased a hitachi ac 1.5 ton split on 05.09.20 in cash from great eastern retail pvt lt bill no-slt/so2021/02006. Today is 09.09.20 and the same is still not delivered. The referred sales person namely prasun sengupta ([protected]) is unable to conclude by when the same will be delivered. Please help me in refunding my money. This shouldnt happen when the payment mode is in cash. I could have bought the same from other retail outlets.

I had purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on 25th August 2020 from great eastern Kharagpur branch and they promised me for delivering on or before 26 th August. But on 26th August they told me they wouldn't delivered it....

I have purchased one refrigerator on 09/08/2020, till date its not delivered.

We purchased a refigerator from great eastern branch near rajdanga kolkata location on 6th june 2020 and it was delivered on 12th june. After we received we complained them on 18th june about the water leakage problem of the brand new product.

1. The delivery was delayed and the product was delivered after 6 days and the complaint was taken and transferred to hyderabad location twicw however it was for kolkata. It was a mistake done by them.

2. For this reason the service visit got delayed and the person visited on 28th june 2020. He said that replacement will not be done as 15 days has been crossed. Is this a joke as we have complained within few days from the date of delivery.

3. The sales person mr. Biswajit halder is very irresponsible as he was suppose to take care of these things as promised however he is only concerned about his sales as once the product is sold it is done for him. No sevice after sales. How can a company keep these kind of persons.

4. We had a discussion with the store manager mr. Subho and he assured that the replacement would be done and today is 7th august 2020. From june 6th till today 2 months have passed still there is no update. This is unacceptable and not possible to take more than 2 months for a replacement of a defective product

Please look into this matter as early as possible because i am suffering for a long time otherwise i would be forced to take legal actions and great eastern.

Tonmoy malik would like to inform you that on 06/07/2020 i had choose one refrigerator on your showroom sodpur branch, but i got other one refrigerator from your end which is body scratch & door defeated. Then i have discussed about this matter with your representative for further solution, but no one can solve. I am very confused about this. And also i got misbehavior and poor attitude.
It's very difficult for me and other one.
My humble request to you that please solve this problem as earliest.

I had recently purchased a fully automatic Godrej 7.5 washing Machine (GODREJ WT EON ALLURE 7.5 PNA ROGR/ 7.5 KG AUTO WM), which was purchased by me for a price of Rs. 21000. However, on every online site I find the washing machine priced at Rs. 15, 999. We are from a very low middle class family and to be cheated with a margin of about Rs. 5000, is too much for us. This was not accepted from such a shop as yours. The branch of purchase is from Uttarpara, West Bengal. I am very unsatisfied as a customer and would never in my life buy one more appliance from this Great Eastern brand and would not advice anybody to do so. This is pure looting. If you have minimum business ethics left do give me back the extra amount.
