.. I purchased a gyser on 31st october. We were told that it will installed by today (2nd november). We also got a call for that we were assured today only it will be installed, but now it's over 6:30pm, no one came neither it's placed. I have called in the branch twice, they gave us another date. Now my question is, if we are assured of our appliances get installed within 48hrs. Then what for we will call the person for a number of times? What kinda service is this!! I don't feel to buy anything further from this company,,

    We purchased a sound bar on finance for 28000 from great eastern kharagpur on 11th october 2019 and since then we are continuously asking the store to take back the product as it is not up to the mark as we herd in the store. Today is 1st november and they have visited my home thrice trying to convince me for the product. Even the technical man is agreeing to what am expecting and what the product is offering but the salesman is not even close to believing my words and is stubborn. Now it's been 20 days from finance and even after regular request they are not taking back the product. It's not our fault that it's 20 days late for return as even after reapeted call they are not gonna do anything. Please look into the matter asap.

    I have purchased Whirlpool 215 IM PowerCool Roy - 4S / 200 Ltrs. Ref- Wine Magnolia on 12/12/2017 but my Refrigerator's is not working & cooling is also very less. Please check & arrange to replace my Refrigerator, as it has 10 warranty and we are facing so many problems within 2 years.

    Monday 09/12/2019 I booked Godrej fullyautomatic w/m model Allura Cls 700 Pnamp (G/R) price-Rs-19000( Down paid Rs-5000 & 8 installment ), same day documents submitted but hold bill due to Gas bill for address proof. Yesterday hard copy submitted but Kanchrapara showroom stuff not clear about delivery. Why should I ask for delivery?Reply me soon.

      I have purchase one samsung TV ..they charged 500 rs extra for installation charge ...but your instalation free ...it was charged from behala grt estrn...next time i will not purchase any prosuct frm that shop..
      On 13th oct i have purchase one samsung led tv 24 inch ...at the time of showing product ur staff told 10500 tv prise ..we paid the same ...but late eveng hours ur one person came to install my TV and asked 500 rs for installation ...but i denied that staff called their head and forcefully understand me and take money frm me ...isnt make customer fool !!!

      If they will not deliver in half an hour kindly cancel the deal & refund my complete amount immediately.

        This is to inform you that i had purchased the mentioned product (Lg fht1006snw/6.0 kg front load wm) from great eastern howrah on 02.10.19 vied order receipt no - hwh/so1920/08234.

        I was committed the product to be delivered by 05/10/19, but from 3rd oct 2019 when i was calling the respective sales person regarding delivery status they were not receiving my call after repeated calling i was informed it will be delivered by 5th oct 2019. On 9th oct 2019 i called the sales representative for delivery no one received my call again on 11th after repeated calling my call was not answered and finally the sales person informed me that he cannot give me any details about delivery. Today 12/10/2019 again my calls were not answered and after repeated calling i came to know that my delivery was not done as i did not answer the delivery boy's call also i am told to come to showroom and meet with manager to get my query resolved. I was surprised to know the reason as i did not get any call regarding delivery of the product and if required i can also produce my call details for the mentioned period which can clarify the details.

        I am highly embarrassed and harassed by this kind of customer service by great eastern appliances, self has purchased many products from your concern but never faced this kind of issue. I am continuously misguided and getting harassed since i have purchased the product from your concern. Request you to kindly cancel my order and arrange to refund my money as soon as possible.

        I will be highly obliged if you grant this request.

        I bought a refrigerator for the RT39M5538BS model on your Barrackpore branch.There is also a little burgeoning.After everything is settled, the manager speaks very rudely during the payment.Which is proof of Bajaj Finance's guy..Don't expect this behaviour on your branch.Next time I will not buy anything from your any branch.very bad experience.

          They told that by 02 oct evening upto 9 pm i will receive the product but till today the sales person only giving false deadline and not delivered the refrigerator and giving us that it is coming on the way this type of disgusting status.. We are chasing by baguiati branch phone no, staff mobile no but no response.. Staff name indrajit is a fraud. Kindly help us.. Such a bad service from here... I am chcking that other customer has also submitted this type of complain. I think this has became regular for your company. Please check it. Dont harrass

            Bought a samsung ac on 26th jan, 2015 from barrackpore great eastern. It has a 5 years condenser warranty which will be expired on 26th jan, 2020. Need a servicing on condenser. I lost the original bill but have a zerox copy of it. Samsung service engineer asked for stamp and sign on the zerox copy from barrackpore great eastern branch. But barrackpore branch poc denies to sign it on zerox one and asking for duplicate bill but he is not able...

              I am an staunch customer of your company and fully rely on your company. Every visit at your outlet has given me utmost satisfaction. Usually i purchase from your barasat centre. But recently i have had a bad experience. On 15th september 2019 i along with my wife went to purchase a micro oven from the barasat centre. We wanted to purchase lg product but sri baidyanath pramanik, the sales person, insisted to purchase samsung product. He convinced us that all the features which we wanted were available with it. Later when the person who visited our home for delivery of the product said the features which we wanted were not available with it. Later when my wife contacted the shop, she was advised that the product would be changed. My wife visited the shop next day. She was kept waiting for a long time. Sri pramanik who was at the shop but did not turn out. She wanted lg mc2886brum with floral design. But she had to settle with without floral design and that too with higher price than the market price. She was advised that the model she asked is not available.
              I have two questions-why sri pramanik had given false representation when he didn't have
              Full knowledge of the product. Second, can't the product with floral design be made available even after two or three days. The customer's choice and satisfaction must be given first priority and don't give misleading informations to customers.
              Third, please provide the required model i. Emc2886brum as the ordered model has not yet been delivered. Next time before visiting great eastern we have to

              Shame, shame.The Company has failed to resolve the issue till today.As if the customer is begging.Now the matter may be resolved at COPRA.

                  I purchased an window ac of hitachi from great eastern alambagh, lucknow

                  The seller made two commitments to me
                  1.ac will be delivered tomorrow (9/9/19) free of cost.
                  2. Installation will chargeable by 499/- and ac will be installed on 10/9/19.
                  I paid delivery boy 50/- rs for delivery and installer is asking 550/- now and it is 01:10 pm now (10/9/19) and ac is still uninstalled.
                  Manager and sales person behaving rudely to pay the same 550/- and saying today is moharram, so you have to pay.

                    A senior sales man stating his name somnath das is very rude towards lady customer on 13/8/19 regarding a washing machine at habra branch pin 743263. He was unlike to show any kind of washing machine and saying that the goods are not available very rudely as we the customer s are begged over the counter and there is no manner of communicating with the lady customer very rude disgusting behavior towards lady customer.

                      I am a regular customer of great eastern. Last week i bought a refrigerator and a micro oven. We got the delivery after calling multiple times to the great eastern store. After delivering also they are not scheduling for demo of the product. I called multiple times but there were no proper response and their behaviour was totally rude. One of them was pradip mondal. Please look in to this matter urgently as it is not expected from “great eastern” brand. The store is located in bt road near baranagar police station.

                          It is very sad to say that your bhubaneswar retail office has given fake promises to same day installation of led tv to my door step, after several call they are not attending my calls for installation of my tv which i have purchased today from great eastern retail pvt ltd, plot no-516/1696, bhubaneswar, khurdha, odisha, 751024, branch 22 & 22b, bapuji nagar, janpath, bhubaneswar.

                          This person had given me several commitment before payment that they should install it by today evening but after several phone calls no reply had received from him even after he had not received the call also.
                          This is a very bad manner of service from your retailer and it may impact the business goals also.
                          So kindly take the matter seriously and give instructions to them not to do this in future otherwise we will have no faith on your service.

                            I have bought a split inverter ac of hitachi make from great eastern baguiati branch on 14.04.2019 and after working for 2 months problem started.
                            First i informed hitachi customer care and lodge a complaint and they depute some unskilled person who just cleaned the filter and left.
                            Second time u lodge a complaint to hitachi customer care on 9.07.2019 and they depute another team but could not resolved and told us they can't be able to rectify it.
                            We again lodge a complaint on 11.07.2019 but till now no one came. This is a harrasment to us as we have purchased the ac unit from your company so i beg to you to look into the matter seriously. Moreover after purchasing a costly item of rs. 40, 500 and it worked only for 2 month it is surprisingly shocking that hitachi like company is solding defective product and also not giving service to the ac fault.
                            Again i request you to look into the matter and take remedial step.

                              Dear sir / madam
                              I placed an order no. Slt /so1920/02238 dated 29/0619 for samsung rt 34r5538du /321 ltr. Payment was made by cheque on that day vide no. 856343. That was encashed on 03/07.
                              After several rounds of enquiries from my end, sales dealer mrs r khatun (Mob. [protected]) told that the refrigerator would be delivered on 06/07/19 after 14:30 hours.
                              At 18:14 hours i received a call from [protected]. The person told me that the refrigerator would be delivered on 07/07 between 20:30-21:00 hours. He further added that i should purchase a trolley, accessories worth rs. 1500/- which might be offered to me at a price of rs. 1200+ i categorically told him that it was not told at the time of purchase or before that when i visited the shop and i was not interested.
                              I waited but in vain. Refrigerator did not arrive.
                              Neither that person nor mrs khatun had the courtesy to intimate the customer about their inability to deliver the refrigerator on 06/07.
                              From morning 09;00 hours i tried to contact mrs. Ruksana or the person on [protected].
                              Around 13:15 hours i could contact mrs. Ruksana on her mobile. She told that she did not notice the address and their vehicles did not ply along that route. I was utterly surprised to listen it.
                              Then another person told that it would take a few more days for the refrigerator to be delivered (When their vehicle comes from warehouse).
                              It is needless to mention that i am being harassed.
                              The reason is obvious. My address is given below. Please ensure that the refrigerator is delivered by 10/07 after intimating me.
                              It will not be out of place to mention here that khosla electronics offered me a trolley without any price. When i purchased an air-conditioner (Carrie) a gift (An induction heater) was given by m/s great eastern.
                              I tis simply shocking this time.
                              Hope that you will take necessary action so that the image, good will that m/s great eastern have, do not get further tarnished and i am not compelled to give vent to my grievances in social media.

                                I purchased this product from last saturday 29-jun-19.
                                First your sales representative "name brijesh, mobile no - [protected]" promise to me the product will deliver and install by tomorrow, but after many phone calls i received these product on day after tomorrow.

                                After receiving these product i checked washing machine and i found it faulty and same day i called brijesh to change this product,
                                But he told me first haier er is visit on your home and check the same.

                                I received these product on 1st of july, and same day i called brijesh for all this. And he says, after er visit, i will change this product.

                                From that day i wail for haier er.

                                Can u please provide the time lines for the same otherwise i will check for any other way to change this product.

                                  My email to chandannagar branch on today refers. My certificate not yet received which was purchased on 26 jan 19. Also unperlamentary words used by the insurance representative during discussion. Also wrong information given by the bajaj finance representative during purchased. Not only given a wrong message to the customer on great eastern reputation but also given a bad reputation of other financer. Thanx. Waiting for your reply.

                                  Very bad behaviour, store manager is too bad & rude, don't even know how to treat a customer. Should be changed & also the representative of the Sony electronics is so much unprofessional, Don't even know how to behave with customers . Very bad experience, with my family.

                                    This is to inform you that the product ordered on 15th of june 2019 is not yet delivered despite full payment made and prior commitment given by the staffs of the store. The product got delivered to the store on 25th june but there was no communication from the staffs of the store regarding the same. Today i. E 27th june the product is still not delivered.

                                    The matter was escalated to the store manager but he is reluctant to give any explanation and obviously giving cold reply.

                                    Adding few points:
                                    The product was purchased on 15th June 2019 and we were promised a delivery on 21nd but it was then shifted to 22nd June because apparently even after placing a P.O. wrong product was delivered to the store from the company (how can that be even possible because P.O. is nothing but a purchased order and no company will deliver anything different from the mentioned P.O.).

                                    Okay this is also considered now they are again placing an order to which the product is supposed to be delivered to the store on 25th June 2019, which was actually done. Now the product is delivered to the store on 25th June and today it is 27th June, it will not take more than half a day to deliver the product considering every posiible aspect.

                                    Now it was promised to me yesterday over call that it will be delivered today before 2pm, no calls from the store till 2:15pm, and losing my patience I called the store to which the manager of the store told me that he came to know about it today (how can someone be the manager of something and does not have an idea what is going on inside his concerned working place)

                                    Okay now losing my patience I asked them to refund my money but they have an awesome policy of refunding after 7 days to which I have no trust because if they can harass me for 15days even after full payment, they can go to extent of harrasmemt for the refund also. So no trust. So had to reconsider delivery.

                                    After so much follow ups and so much time waste he has a conclusion that he will deliver it tomorrow.

                                    So now it came up that they were all lying fr these many days and were wasting my time even after so many follow ups from my side. Such pathetic customer relation they have in their store.

                                    It does not matter to them that our time is wasted they are only considered for their own profit and also they does not have any value for the commitments given to the customer.

                                    Highly disappointed from the service.

                                    Want strict action to be taken against the three people.

                                      I mahammad hoque, purchased { split ac-1.5 tr hitachi kashikoi 5100x inverter - r410a-rsog518hcea} from “great eastern salt lake kolkata” on 01/06/2019 and installed on 04/06/2019 at beldanga begunbari murshidabad west bengal.

                                      Now when my air conditioner finally installed, the ac is not responding and i shocked about this, cause the faith i have in hitachi, feel me so bad.

                                      Now when i talked to “great eastern” they said they can’t do anything for this and the problem occurred can only done by hitachi service centre.

                                      When i made a complain against ac on 4th june with complain number: [protected],
                                      Engineer came and checked the ac and said the circuit not responding means the pcb is not working and i have to change the pcb.

                                      Now when my machine changing request accepted, they again great eastern staffs do bad behaviour with us.
                                      They said we don’t know about this matter.

                                      They give me defective products cause we carry this to far, where we can’t do anything and what actually happened.
                                      The air conditioner is defective.

                                      I purchased many electronics from this shop, great eastern saltlake near pnb
                                      1) whirlpool air conditioner
                                      2) 43” led tv
                                      3) samsung galaxy a9 pro
                                      4) lenevo laptop
                                      5) remote fan

                                      We find good electronics find here only with good staff behaviour.

                                      Now it’s change i don’t purchase anything from this shop, i don’t expect this from great eastern.
