Great Eastern Appliances — bad behaviour with customer, daikin air conditioner | |||
Nasiruddin sheikh, your employee in great eastern branch (Sarat bose road, kolkata700020) did a very bad behaviour with me, i am a customer of your branch, i bought a daikin ac on 26th january (And in past i bought from this branch many thing but can't feel this type of behaviour) and i called him about servicing purpose and enquiry but he din not talk with me properly and threat me that he is not going to do with my enquiry and come in my branch i will see you etc etc, this type of disgusting behaviour with customer is not tolerable in any sector, i want that company take some serious action against him and give a example to everyone that how to talk and handle customer politely...
