Great Eastern Appliances — Bad Customer Service & false commitment by Ms. Smita | |||
I had made purchase of electrical appliances for about 3 lacs from great eastern 20th Oct'20 from BBD Bag, Dalhousie outlet. Bill is in mine & mine husband name. Pl refer phone no.- [protected] & [protected]. I was suppose to receive credit note for about rs 5000 committed by Ms Smita, . i am following her from last 4 months on Dec 24th she confirmed that she has received the credit note and will confirm me the amount. but when ever I call her she disconnects and never reverts post that. on Saturday i visited the the outlet finally to get the update. She asked another person call Mr. Pawan to attend us & she got slipped. Today too i called her again she disconnected and yet not reverted. Must say that employees in your BBD Bagh hare highly unprofessional and with negative attitude for customer. Even when i i was asking for chimney installation your staff behave very rudely. I deeply regret buying decision of appliances from Great Eastern. A local shop or even amazon would have definitely given better services than you. Thanks for teaching lesson to us.
