Great Eastern Appliances — daikin a/c delivered was band and after long follow up not response | |||
I have purchased a daikin ac on dated 22 april and taken time from me to installation. Firstly that indoor unit was badly, dirty, banded delivered at my house after long follow up it got changed on sunday 28april. I was doing follow up for installation but nobody from great eastern and daikin service centre are taking up seriously. I had waited whole day saturday for installation but find out in the day ed that machine was band and not able to installation and got changed after various follow up. Still am waiting for installation of the a/c at my house but nobody is picking phones and response. I feel very pathetic services from great eastern employees and not any response from daikin service centre as well. Feeling very bad and panic after purchasing this brand. If possible pls get it return and i don’t want to be panic more in the coming days whenever i need for services related to a/c repairing and routine services. Requested to get it return and cancel my deal with great eastern and return the daikin a/c unit.
