Great Eastern Appliances — delivery not done as per the commitment even till delaying the product delivery date

I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from garia on 26th jan 2018. I have paid the money and they said i will receive it by 28th (Sunday). I do have some outstation work so i said that it should get delivered by the date but who cares. Its been 31st jan when i called the seller, they are saying that the model is unavailable. How could someone sell some product that is not available. Now they are saying that it will get delivered by 4th feb after a full week. Why this kind of harassment we are facing from a renowned company like yours. I have to wait to receive this product till monday. Who will compensate my loss/harassment. Are we do delay in paying greateastern? My order no. Is: g1222/1718/12002. State code 19. Please do revert as soon as possible on the same.
