Great Eastern Appliances — delivery not done in even 15 days and making false commitment

We've purchased a washing machine model godrej wt eon 651 pfh on 8th jan'18 at your batanagar branch. As per commitment it was supposed to deliver within 3-4days. But we got delivery after 7 days that is also a damaged machine. Godrej demo people made note for the same when broke the seal of packing. After dealer they again committed replacement within 2 days. But 5 days gone still it is not delivered on 21st jan'18. Mean time we tried to connect your representatives but they are not picking call and when visiting dealer they are making only false commitment. We are in trouble please help us by taking proper action.
