Dear Sir, I'm sk Mehraj. I have bought a whirlpool 8.5kg ace turbojet semi automatic washing machine on 11th aug 2021 it was delivered on 18th August. Due to its bigger size its not fitting in my location. I'm requesting to exchange it with smaller one. But employees at dalhousie are straight away denying. Kindly resolve my issue.
