Great Eastern Appliances — exorbitant delay in delivery of 1.5 ton panasonic ac after payment.

I purchased a 1.5 Ton Panasonic AC from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd store at Barabazar, Chandannagar on 31.05.19 (Order No. CNG/SO1920/01848 for model No. Panasonic CS-WU 18VKYF/1.5 TON SPLIT AC.)
It is strange that after 12 days I have not received the purchased material. The concerned person of the store informed me that after 2 days he will be able to intimate me the tentative date of delivery.
I am suffering badly in summer due to poor delivery performance.
I tried to contact Customer Care repeatedly on 11.06.19, but lines were not available. The Customer complain mail system in their website is defective showing "The requested URL /action_page.php was not found on this server."
I demand purchased material by next 48 hours or returning my money back in my account immediately. I am totally upset with such non-co-operation from a reputed store.
