Great Eastern Appliances — gift not received

We had purchased panasonic split ac on 15th april 2017 from old court house branch for rs. 39000. Invoice no dh/sa/1718/00949.

As per advertisement dated 14th april 2017 in the telegraph, free roti maker with every ac, we did not receive the gift at the time of purchase and were told to visit later. After that we visited the store twice but no gift was given to us and we were told as roti maker is not available, we will have to take cutlery set. To which we did not agree.

This is nothing but harrasement of the customers and cheating by the store who makes false promises to lure customers.

Please look into the matter and let us know when we can come to collect the roti maker due.
