Purchased Godrej Refrigerator on 19.10.2017 from Great Eastern Barasat - Kolkata Branch. Today on 27th October 2017 Refrigerator was delivered in a very bad condition and damage way. Cartoon was completely torn and in bad shape. I am attaching the picture to this email. It seems they have provided the Display Refrigerator and put the fridge in a torn cartoon and send it to me. This is not expected from a brand company like Great Eastern. Is this way Great Eastern provide product to the customer even when paying full amount in advance? Barasat Great Eastern Branch Manager is not cooperative when informed about the fridge delivery condition. Was this information helpful? | |||
