I have purchased a hitachi ac 1.5 ton split on 05.09.20 in cash from great eastern retail pvt lt bill no-slt/so2021/02006. Today is 09.09.20 and the same is still not delivered. The referred sales person namely prasun sengupta ([protected]) is unable to conclude by when the same will be delivered. Please help me in refunding my money.
