Hi, I have made a purchase on 10th Jul, 21 from Salt Lake outlet for 1 Ton O General AC which was delivered on 14th Jul, 21. The same was out of the box defective since there was an oil leakage from the compressor. I was informed that replacement will be delivered and installation will be completed by 16th Jul, 21. When I spoke to concerned ISD I was informed that the replacement will take another 24-48 hours post which installation will happen.
