Great Eastern Appliances — Non-delivery and installation of my purchased items | |
Sir /madam, I submit the following complaint for non-delivery of a chimney (Glen 6062 blk 60 cm 1000 m3 bf ltw) and a washing matchine (Panasonic na - f67ahb-mrb/6.7 kg top load wm. Gr[protected]. 197pajbrju0034) which i purchased by full downpayment through my debit card on 17.9.2020 from your jessore road, barasat branch. Order no. S brt/so2021/01738 and brt/so2021/01737 respectively. According to these orders the delivery date was 17.9.2020 for both the items. Orally they said that by 19.9.2020 both the items will surely be delivered and installed. On ringing on the given contact numbers every times they were talking in contradintory words! Lastly assured that by today both the items will surely be delivered and installed. But till now only one item in sealed packet (The delivery boy said it was the washing machine) was delivered just now at my residence. But the chimney is yet to be delivered! I like to question you why such harassment a customer have to undergo by purchasing items from your concern will full payment?
