Great Eastern Appliances — non demonstration of product | |||
I have bought a whirlpool micro oven on 04.11.2018. from your garia branch. It was delivered on 08.11.2018. They told that demonstration would be done within 48 hrs. But I till now non demonstration has been done and we cannot use the product. You know how much useful the product to our day to day life. I repeatedly called the salesman through which I bought the product but he is not very concern and behaving like that he has no responsibility. Yesterday I called him and gave him all details but again in the evening when I called him he told me that he forgot to upload the product details to the company. I again gave him all detail again and he told that today the work will be done. But today at 3 pm he show me different excuses. His name is Chandan . It has been 9 days from buying the product but we could not able to use such an important thing. Please do the needful at your earliest. I am a regular customer of Great eastern co . but I never been so harrased before. Your prompt action is awaited. I am attaching the invoice details.
