Great Eastern Appliances — Non functioning of microwave | |||
I have purchased a microwave from your br.at Shyambazar on 02.09.2020 when as insited by sales person I have made an extended warranty of the Product. The bill issued by them does not reflect the name of company. On 16.10.2020 at night it was noticed the touchpad button of the Product is not functioning properly. On 17.10.2020 I have informed Godrej company for reparing & upon enquiry the said company has refused to give the benefit of extended warranty because it was not done with them. Immediately I have contacted with the stores & they have assured me to give service immediately. But nothing was done. On Monday i.e. 19.10.2020 I have again contacted with the show room & they againgave only assurance. In the evening I went to showroom again they assured to take steps but till date nothing has been done. I don't want to complicate the issue, hence am requesting you to take appropriate steps Was this information helpful? | |||
