Great Eastern Appliances — poor customer service and harassment

It's really shameful on your part that you are unable to keep your commitment. You people are harassing customers. On 8th may, 2019, wednesday, i bought a 1.5 ton lg ac from great eastern salt lake ab block branch.
Sales guy subham roy chowdhury sold us the lg ac and told it will be delivered by 10th of may at the mentioned address. Today when i am calling that sales guy, he is not responding to my phone calls. Once he picked up and told me he is doing lunch after that he will call me back. He is just not picking up the phone calls, i have called him several times. Very very unprofessional attitude. You people are just fooling customers. Very bad service.
