Great Eastern Appliances — Product not delivered after 7 days | |
I have purchased a Godrej 1.5 ton AC from Great Eastern Dalhousie branch on[protected]. The sales person told me the item will be delivered by 3 days. But on the 4th day morning he called me and said it will take another 3 days. Waiting for another 3 days he is not assuring about the delivery of the product. I am completely clueless where to lodge a complain. I have reached their customer support but they are saying that I need to talk to only the sales person regarding the delivery of the product. My order no is DLH/SO2021/18602 Please look into it urgently and provide me some information about the delivery. Was this information helpful? | |
