Hi, It's very shame for me that i wrote about your services and customer support matter. On 05/05/2019 i had purchase a new refrigerator of samsung from great eastern baguaiti branch, after delivery the products no demonstration given by delivery boy and he taken bonus of rs.300/- which i supposed to give as per my gesture but he took no we have to give that such amount, matter not yet close yet, after that refrigerator not working properly, i had launch a complaint in customer care through call as well i physically visit in branch regarding my issue, we're mr. Ujjal paul the sales executive told my within next 48 hours product will be replaced but till yet not done from your end, i called up him every 2 hours interval he didn't pick my call, then i bound to contact sales manager of branch m/s or mrs. Rachna lehri she also not looking my matter seriously, when ever i called only sentence he told me that today at any time your product will be replaced but till yet i am not received, kindly inform me my issue will be resolve or not from your end, or i will take legal action against your company..
