Dear Sir

Today I have received my Samsung tv which is a delay delivery of 1 day... secondly mr gopal govinda ghosh told and assured me that the installation will be made by today but still now no communication is made and the main thing is mr gopal is not picking the phone... we r living me and my mother she is suffering Neuro problem. So that I request the person to install on Sunday.
Now I am asking us this the after sales service...
Please look into the matter and do the needfull.

Updated by Subha Own Invoice no rd/sa/1617/14225 and 14224 . Mr gopal ghosh assured me to delivery by yesterday but failed and today when I call him he is not pickup the phone. He also assured me for installation of Samsung tv by today but still now the delivery is not made.

I am the customer suffering this problem.
